03 Account Policy & Security

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits and withdrawals at kj77 are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: 100 BDT (may vary depending on the method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Timeframe: 5–15 minutes via bKash/Nagad; 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• Verification: KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts.
• Milling: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

If any transaction appears suspicious or raises concerns of money laundering, kj77 reserves the right to suspend the transaction and conduct an investigation. During this time, the user may be required to provide additional information.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers at kj77 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the applicable terms.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000 BDT. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Validity: Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any unfulfilled bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Minimum Odds: Only bets with minimum odds of 1.5 will count toward wagering requirements.
• A Bonus: Bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Employee Exclusion: kj77 employees and staff are not eligible for bonuses.

If bonus abuse is detected, kj77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. kj77's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets at kj77:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• Pre-match betting will close before the start of any event.
• Kj77 reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds at the time of placing the bet are final.

Maximum bet limits vary by event and market. kj77 also reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any individual user.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

1. Match Fixing: Any attempt to manipulate or participate in the manipulation of an event's outcome.
2. Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets on the same event across different platforms to guarantee a profit.
3. Bonus Abuse: Using coordinated betting strategies or multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms.
4. Money Laundering: Using kj77 for illegal money transfers or money laundering.
5. Hacking: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to kj77's systems or another user's account.
6. Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts operated by the same individual.

08 Responsible Gaming
